All employees of the Gorinchem GP Emergency Station do their work as well and accurately as possible. They work hard to give every patient the right advice or the best care.
However, it may happen that you are not satisfied with the care provided or with our services. For example, about the contact on the phone or the treatment by the GP.
We would love to hear from you and appreciate your feedback. Fill in the form for complaints or compliments. In this way, the Gorinchem GP Emergency Station can learn from your experiences and we can further improve our services.

How can you report a complaint?
It is best to discuss your complaint or criticism immediately with one of our staff at the medical station. They are open to your comments. Such a conversation is often enlightening. It may already remove the cause of your complaint. Are you unable to resolve the matter with the employee or do you have any questions? Then you can report the complaint via the online complaint form.

The Gorinchem GP Emergency Station is affiliated with the Foundation for Complaints & Disputes in Primary Care, www.skge.nl.
Do you believe that the mediation meeting has had insufficient results in your opinion? Or do you disagree with the opinion of the GP Emergency Station Gorinchem? Then you can ask the SKGE for a ruling on your complaint. The judgment of this dispute resolution body is binding.
Important to know:
The Emergency Room (ED) is part of the Beatrix Hospital of Rivas Zorggroep, and not of General Practitioner and Care or the General Practitioner Emergency Station Gorinchem.
