At the beginning of this year, MarketResponse conducted a patient satisfaction survey among a large group of patients. It yielded good figures for triage nurses, general practitioners and the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Well helped<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The respondents rate the telephone and personal contact with the triage nurses with an 8.3. More than 90% indicate that the triage nurse takes enough time for the conversation, approaches the patient seriously, listens attentively and explains things in an understandable way. <br><br>The general practitioners score a nice 8.5. About 87% of patients feel well served by the care of their GP. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The organization of the Huisartenpost Gorinchem received an 8.2 from the participants in the survey. As an important point of attention, they mention the waiting times, and especially inform patients about the current waiting times. We will be working on that point of improvement in the near future.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do you have more points for improvement for us?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All employees of the Gorinchem GP Post do their work as well and accurately as possible.
