All employees of the Gorinchem GP Post do their work as well and accurately as possible. They work hard to give you the right advice or the best care. However, it is possible that you are not satisfied with the care provided or with our services. For example, about the contact on the phone or the treatment by the GP. We would like to hear from you. Fill out the form for complaints or compliments. In this way, the Gorinchem GP Post can learn from your experiences and we can further improve our services.
How can you report a complaint?
It is best to discuss your complaint or criticism immediately with one of our employees at the out-of-hours GP service. They are open to your comments. Such a conversation often has a clarifying effect and may already remove the cause of your complaint. Are you unable to come to an agreement with the employee or do you have any questions? You will automatically receive a copy of this completed form in your mailbox. After that, our complaints officer will contact you within a few working days. We treat your data confidentially. Foundation for Complaints and Disputes in Primary Care
The Gorinchem GP Post is affiliated with the Foundation for Complaints & Disputes in Primary Care, www.skge.nl.
In your opinion, has a mediation meeting had insufficient results, or do you disagree with the opinion of the out-of-hours GP service? Then you can request a ruling on your complaint from the SKGE. The decision of this arbitration body is binding.
Important to know:
The Emergency Department (ED) is part of the Beatrix Hospital of Rivas Zorggroep and not of Huisarts en Zorg or the Huisartsenpost Gorinchem. For complaints about the A&E, please refer to the Rivas website.
