What does a visit to the medical station cost?

Every contact with the Gorinchem GP Emergency Station costs money. We also have to charge for a telephone consultation. The basic insurance covers the costs of the GP and of contact with the GP medical station. It does not deduct from your deductible.

Are you insured? Then the bill goes directly to your health insurer.
Are you not insured or are you unable to identify yourself? Then you pay the costs of the consultation directly when you visit the GP Emergency Station Gorinchem. You can pay by card there. You will then receive a proof of payment. You can then submit this to your health insurer yourself.

The rates from 1 January 2025 are:

• € 35,00 : Telephone consultation by the doctor’s assistant/triagist.
  
• € 181,12 : A visit to the GP post or telephone consultation by the GP.
  
• € 271,68 : Visit at home by the general practitioner.
  

These amounts have been determined by the Dutch Healthcare Authority .
